Q: Do I have to be a member to schedule service?
A: No. Anyone can call us for maintenance or repairs. Membership gives you priority scheduling, discounts, and waived fees that non-members don’t receive.
Q: Does the $99 annual fee pay for the yearly maintenance?
A: No, the membership fee covers waived dispatch fees and the 10% discount on all repairs. It also includes your first diagnostic safety check at no additional cost. But your members-only discount is applicable to recommended annual maintenance as recommended by the manufacturer.
Q: How is the ‘Free Diagnostic Check’ different from full ‘Manufacturer’s Recommended Maintenance’?
A: The Diagnostic Check is a system inspection to verify essential system operation, confirm safety controls are working, and identify immediate repair needs. It is not the same as the comprehensive, multi-hour deep cleaning and tuning required for full Manufacturer’s Recommended Maintenance.
Q: How does priority scheduling work?
A: When the service is in high demand—especially during cold snaps or heat waves—members are booked ahead of non-members. If there’s any way to solve your problem right now, that’s our goal.
Q: Can I cancel my membership?
A: Yes. If you ever feel the membership no longer fits your needs, contact us to review your options and effective date for cancellation.
